What we do and how we do it:

Founded by Child Mental Health Specialised Nurse Kelley Osman in 2017, KOCO is an independent emotional health consultation service for children and young people. Kelley's associates within KOCO include child psychologists, dietitians and therapists. We work together to meet the needs of individuals and their families.

KOCO offers families and professionals a confidential platform to discuss concerns regarding a child's emotional well-being. KOCO's team develops and delivers strategies and interventions to address concerns with behaviour, sleep and relationships. We work with young people with or without a diagnosis.

Using experience and expertise within children's health and ADHD services, KOCO's bespoke interventions are carefully designed with a flexible, supportive and practical delivery plan. We work in partnership with the family and/or professionals to increase the likelihood of positive outcomes and engagement.

KOCO will work to identify and address concerns about a young person without lengthy waiting times. We will work flexibly within the family home, young person's school (with agreement) or a venue of choice on days and times that suit the needs of the young person, family and/or professional.

We take referrals and enquires from parents/carers, schools, GP's and professionals who work with young people directly.

All our work is governed by our code of practice and all professionals receive supervision in-line with their professional requirements.
